Lake Eildon Murray Cod
Hey guys,
A couple of weeks ago I took my boat down to Lake Eildon for my first proper trip fishing off it, up until now I had just taken it out for a couple of quick runs more so to get the hang of launching, retrieving and general boat use. We had 3 days camped down at the lake and were treated to some awesome but freezing conditions.

Hope you like the video
Cheers Alex

Nice mate, the challenger is a great boat for the sort of stuff your doing.
The fishing trips are going to be a bit more $$$$ now, but lot more opportunities to take advantage of too.

What motor has it got. A 4 stroke will make things a bit easier on the wallet obviously.Especially with the price of fuel atmpurple5ive wrote: ↑Wed Jul 27, 2022 12:21 pmNice mate, the challenger is a great boat for the sort of stuff your doing.

I've put the boat away for a bit. Did Nelson for donuts a couple weeks ago. Price of fuels a killer so have made the call to only fish great conditions rather than blowing a couple hunj to grind a sesh.purple5ive wrote: ↑Sat Jul 30, 2022 12:08 pmWhat motor has it got. Certainly have to be a bit more picky than usual going on trips atm with how expensive just getting to a lot of places is. Nelson is high on the list for places to take the boat, been there on the yak a couple times but would love to be able to cover a bit more water there
