what do you guys make of this? apparently you can go fishing within 5km of your house as long as it doesn't use a a facility.
what's considered as a facility?

I live within 5kms of Frankston pier does this mean I could go fishing their or would I have to avoid a pier

From what I read facilities are more like toilets boat rap cleaning table etc as long as I maintain social distancing would it be ok?

There have been thousands of Vic cars touring in SA since the borders reopened the first time. The irony is the place logo, "Victoria-the place to be"
I reckon it should be "The place to flee".
Regardless of the banter- we 'feel for you'.... and hope it is only a week before there is some relief.
I'm not convinced the 'other states' are going to escape another 'wave' - what, with all the variants that are emerging.
I'm really glad that 'my-darling' and I managed to get our first jab some 8 weeks ago. Astrovenica (?) with no side effects whatsoever.
