Double checked the prices, not bad. However I would at least go 256GB ssd since they are much cheaper now. Around $110 you can get a 256gb ssd. Ideally 512GB.
You are forgetting the Supported GPU in my previous post, if you want to edit videos get the supported GPU or suffer later.
You can save a good $80 bucks on a used supported GPU and put it towards upgrading ssd = Win WIn

Re: Computers?
I would rethink the power supply, 600 watt may be cutting it a bit fine, have you added up the total usage of all the components under load not just idle ?
The graphics card alone can consume 150 to 400 watts loaded depending on the card series, and that's just one component.
Just because you fit an 800 or 1000 watt power supply doesn't mean it pumps that out constantly, it pumps out only what's required by the system components as needed.
Don't go too cheap on the build to save a buck... a good analogy is yes a 4 cylinder car will tow a 2 tonne boat ... but the driving experience would be woeful.
Power supplies are most least thought component but one of the most important for constant stable running of the PC.

Re: Computers?
abzz Personally I prefer Nvidia graphics cards, they have easier to install drivers and are more stable, also have better comparability wise than the ATI radeon card that you have chosen, just saying...
Here is the Nvidia equivalent... scroll down to compare.
