First fish off St.Leonards Sunday arvo & got 1 flathead & no other bites:(
Was mid tide running out & went directly out from the little headland to the left of the pier just beyond.
Was mid tide running out....just wondering if people have advice on what works best here ?
& maybe some advice re best spots for squid as had some jigs out but no luck on that front either.
Thanks

Hello Adam
I have not been down there for months mate. Generally if you drift with the tide out the front of the yatch club you will usually snag a falttie or squid. Also same around the green stick. If you head out deeper the the white lady you will often get onto patches of flatties. Many won’t be legal but it is fun fishing
If you are super lucky you will see Denis Barton th3 local orical who is alway g3nerous with information
