I've written to a number of politicians, no one gives a crap. But really, while parliament is suspended it's the Chairman Dan and the sign language pantomime show.

Hey nudie you finally make the sea change and can't go fishing !

must be painful waking every morning looking over the bay and can't touch it.

at least being self quarantined there would be heaven just for the vista !
He who has the most fishing rods WINS ! :ts:

It’s killing me I can see the bay from my house flat as a tack no boats only the occasional mussel boat and grain tanker. We walk the dogs at the boat ramp every day it’s nearly time for a padded cell.

Great idea Nude up :tu:

It has been mentioned the inequitable nature of the restrictions. The inequitable nature falls in a few categories:

# All states allow fishing and/or some form of Aquatic exercise , , , , that argument is self-explanatory.

# Why single out fishing when other forms of exercise are allowed of equal nature

# The other inequitable nature is that of the Policing of the compliance to the Covid-19 rules of all the Exercisers.

The guildlines state "in the neighbourhood" and not go for a drive somewhere.

So if "thousands" are flouting the rules , , , , why isn't that reflective in the amount of fines being issued.

Fishermen are being unduly victimised.
AND they are also being persecuted with fines and the other people in the "traditional exercise" categories who flout the rules are not being proportionally policed.

Exercise at home (or locally) :tu:

In-lieu of out and about flouting the rules , , , , and mostly getting away with it :dn:

I wish you guys luck with it :tu:

Kramer did some news interviews early in the piece, but given his mate Dan hasn't changed tack we've ridiculously got buckleys chance in hell

I find it unfortunate that in Victoria fishing and hunting is still considered as a recreational sport, while for many people all over the state both hunting and fishing is way of life. The ability to access, hunt and catch your own meat is a dependency for many and is echoed the further rural and or remote you travel. Anyone know the stance of the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party?

I feel the struggle Nude Up, I’m living a block away from the beach and two from the boat ramp right now typing this. I think we’re all looking forward to getting out again.
