Re: Photography Thread?
I was a little slow in taking the pic but the outline was better defined before it dried up

Re: Photography Thread?
So....not really artistic photography but I use a Flir camera at work sometimes. My mate suggested it would be useful to determine the activity within beehives (we were using it for something else). So out I trundle at times under the cover of darkness to flir sh1t!
Sometimes noises from above makes me point the camera upwards! A fruit bat is in this image just above the '-38C'. The other coloring is from the tree tops which still hold some heat from the day. Now you will have to excuse me as this just popped up on my screen! cheers

Has nothing better to do on a Friday night!
You can see the brighter (warmer and more active hives) show up well. The pic below shows a new colony of bees which is starting to form. They have basically said f**k it, we want out of the hive and we are f**king off!
My beekeeper mate told me that they will stay in this spot (hanging off a tree in this case) for a day or so then look for a better place to set up a hive.Sometimes noises from above makes me point the camera upwards! It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

Re: Photography Thread?
It’s not photography but I used to do a lot of drawing, the skull was from when I was 12 and the trout is from when I was 10. The last one is a picture of my largest trout, from lough Sheelin in Ireland.

I hope you have kept drawing, they're good

Re: Photography Thread?
Thanks, I still draw but not as frequently, might pick it up again now given the situation.
