chuck them in a bag and dig a hole at home and plant a tree on top of it, great fertiliser and good fun to catch

Try a black wooly bugger and let it sink to the bottom in front of the carp or do a very slow retrieve.

Spot on they liked the black not the green wooly

IMO they should not be left of the banks of bushes. Wacking them on the head is also not good enough this can and does attract attention for all the wrong reasons. In the non fishing publics eye fishos end up looking like they are killing for fun and or redneck boagans.

IMO they should be brain spiked and disposed off.

Even at a family fun fishing lake with lots of people around I have never had anyone complain or take an interest when I have brain spiked carp and put them in my cooler bad or bucket.

Yet I have seen the exact opposite when other fishos are bashing them on the head throwing them on the bank ect.

No trout in the lake, the stream under though is a different storey
I hear there were trout in some of the streams around there.... do you reckon there are any left and is it possible t wade the creek because it looks pretty narrow?
