Todays session

Post by rb85 » Fri Mar 18, 2022 7:50 pm

After a sleep in and some Banyan I decided to head out for an afternoon Kayak fish in a spot which would be fishable in the wind.

The fishing wasn't brilliant but I ended up catching a few small EP's, Tailor, Flattie and surprisingly a Yellow Fin Bream.

Has anyone else caught one West of Wilsons Prom? I'm not sure whether its common or the fish got lost somewhere?

That's what I believed too the fish I caught had distinctly yellow anal and ventral fin.

Doesnt mean it's a yellow.
Ppst a pic if you have it, sometimes its not easy to pick them. They could also be a hybrid.

As above, really interested to see a pic. Have seen a few black bream west of the prom with those features but they don't have the body shape of a yellow. Handy little session either way
