Pinkies are better eating then their parents. Id rather have flake any day, nothing better than gummy shark.

I agree 100%.

I did try snapper sashimi last night and it was fantastic! Don't know why it isn't popular.

Much prefer King George Whiting and gummy.

Great fun to catch, but not the best table fish in my opinion. For this reason, I will be releasing so many large snapper this season!

Its same with the flatties too, The smaller ones are much tastier than the bigger models. I find big snapper and flatties go very dry when cooking. :confused2:
