2020 Snapper Season

Post by Mattblack » Mon Jul 20, 2020 11:39 am

Snapper season is only 2 to 3 months away ....anyone have any predictions on how this is going to look?
I'm guessing local fishing only, no charters & significantly less boat traffic than ever before.

Well if stage 4 comes in no one will be fishing but hope it doesn't come to that
I've started bait collecting already especially with the gars around

Had a shocker last year, only got a couple.
Will be interesting season this year, I reckon you'll see a lot more people fishing solo, no charters and they'll probably end up closing all the piers. Might even have to try soft plastics if supply of bait becomes an issue (should probably start stocking up now as mentioned above).
2 months is a very long time these days, so anything could happen before now and then.
