From Paul Worsteling's Facebook Post:

After a journey that started for us both at Cranbourne Bait and Tackle way back in August 1989, the time has come to move in a new direction. Both Tackleworld Cranbourne and Tackleworld Mornington have been sold and we will be starting a massive closing down sale immediately. All stock must go and will be reduced accordingly. At this stage both stores will be closed by mid December. This is a decision that was not made lightly and saying that it’s been an emotional roller coaster for my family and our incredible team of staff would be an extreme understatement.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the generations of customers that have shared this journey with us along the way. These two shops have pretty much consumed our entire lives to this point and we are so grateful for the incredible ride it has taken us on. We will be in store quite a bit during this next chapter and really look forward to catching up with all of the faces that have made both Tackleworld Cranbourne and Tackleworld Mornington such icons in the fishing industry. They say that the only constant in life is change. As a family we are certainly looking forward to spending more time on the water together as we look forward to what the next chapter brings.
Yours in fishing
Paul, Cristy and Jet Worsteling

Be a tough gig working in the tackle industry at the moment....the world changed after Covid, online shopping killed retail and YouTube is killing commercial TV.
He seemed like a nice bloke, wishing him and all his staff the best for the future.
