auspost has really dropped the ball recently. i ordered lures from the US on the 31st, arrived in Australia on the 6th. Auspost got it to me from their depot on the 15th. there's another package that was sent from sydney and is now ten days late.

With the way Australia Post is now operating it can take up to 6 business days for a parcel to be received.

Contacted the store today and they were most apologetic and are resending my order. All good.

Underrated form of marketing really. If you **** up but then go above and beyond to make amends you can bet that the customer will be telling every man and his dog what great service you've given them despite the initial hiccup. Too bad a lot of businesses just make matters worse with a surly response.

Just to confirm 4liters comments above my resent lures arrived today complete with an extra free one in the package. Thats excelllent customer service.
