Does UV coating / materials make a difference in PPB?
Specifically in depths 2-3m trolling hardbody or 4-8m flicking placcies?

Good question. I think UV is more for low light conditions, not sure. I have plastics that are UV coated but I don't know if it really makes a difference, I would say color and action would attract more fish.

Curious if the UV coating spook fish in shallow or lighter conditions? Or even different time of the day...

I doubt it spooks them but it might make them think twice about hitting it, whereas flash and color will only attract them
