Trout: make sure you cut off about 1cm off the front and use as light a jig head possible that is also a fine gauge hook

Yellas: Mainly used around timber, slow rolled or even jigged from the bottom. Jig head weight not as critical as it needs to get to the bottom and you don't want to wait all day for it to reach there.

Saltwater/Estuary: Adjust the jig head and hook size according to current, fish species (mouth size) and water depth. Cut the length according to hook shank length/size. Will literally catch anything that feeds on the bottom.

Bream: Midwater/structure (stocked family lakes). The lighter the jig head the better. Gamakatsu jig heads in the Cobra 29 and Round 211 are the perfect combination for these smaller grub style plastics. These jig heads are almost more important than the grubs themselves due to the fact that there are about a million 2inch grubs on the market nowadays

Larger Snapper: Fished mainly on the bottom with various retrieves and lenght of pauses.

Australian salmon/pike: Fished mainly midwater, but can be used for flatties if desperate

The above suggestions are based on your recommendations to take advantage of the "buy 3 for..." promos. If you can find a tackle shop that stocks Gamakatsu jig heads, especially the ones I've mentioned (as well as the darter range) then I reckon they will also greatly enhance your ability to catch fish.

Ended up getting these - decided to wait on getting a 4"ish flick bait until I'm actually salt fishing and replaced it with another 2.5" grub and went the pink based on Seniorfishos advice and to have something really different available if struggling.

Cheers all for input and thoughts - with these, TTails and ST nymphs I have should now be set on plastics for trout, reddies and other smaller freshwater/estuary fish.

Good selection there, now just need grab the bait binder from them and you are set for easy fishing if you want to walk landbased or good in a boat aswell since they dont go everywhere (thats why they have the 2 holes each side)

i finaly took those pics of all mine for you aswell, sorry if the labels are hard to read was using my iphone camera at the time.

Good collection there saph - was considering a pack of the hawgz or crawz, but seeing I have a few strike tigers I just kept with the standard profiles. What circumstances do you fish the crawz in normally?

sand banks and around weed, basicly where you think yabbies (i think you call them nippers down south) would live, i use a light hopping retrive to give them a flee and attack look.
