I brought some of that aldi stuff which has been ok so far. Ive been blowing through so much line I have had to investigate the cheaper options.
Cast, catch and put it back

Iv'e just started using power pro braid and it has been really good, I came from using fins but I now prefer power pro.

I'm not entirely sure why you say that, I've cast up to ~30grams on mine and the only reason I haven't gone higher is the rod.

I would say a .6-.8 pe would suffice a 2500 reel. Cast away and varivas avani sea bass are pretty good.

Ads and Doug have had issues with it. It is spectacular line, but if you're gonna be casting heavier lures, >45gram, I'd look elsewhere..

does this include the jigman? was looking to get some in PE3 for that exact purpose.

The YGK is thin which means abrasion resistance can be an issue. I've got it on my 4000 sized reels and haven't had an issue with casting 3 oz sinkers with the 25lb version. For casters that load the rod up alot more than me that can be an issue with the thinner lines.
