The Emma AGS is from a different world.
Haven't tried the high end Sephia, but I heard it's amazing.
But I know you two are more Daiwa guys than Shimano, haha.

There are few high-end EGI rods that just look incredible, a real attention to detail.
I can't say I've seen either in person, but from online photo yeah - they're dang nice.
Yeah I've got some bias, but I've also had zero experience using high-end shimano gear. I actually only own two fishing rods. x)
The emeraldas and a td zero.

The ML size is a lot more versatile if using just the one outfit. Plus it's got a nice taper to it.
AGS can get expensive if you don't look after, guides are like 70 bucks each.
Will need to update the reel too then, sighhh!!!!!

Not the LT model. Prefer the older ones. Hard to find mowdays though..mazman wrote: ↑Sun May 29, 2022 2:12 amEmeraldas air time Steve, you know you want topurple5ive wrote: ↑Fri May 27, 2022 4:37 pmThe ML size is a lot more versatile if using just the one outfit. Plus it's got a nice taper to it.
