Launch at high tide instead?

Really the top end of the bay is pretty muddy and low tide is never fun - I tend to launch at the Lang Lang boat ramp these days only a short paddle difference to any where you would fish from JJ but again you need to have enough water but the launch or more so the return doesn't have that sand hill of a ramp onto the beach
LL ramp also has a cleaning table and a hose to give the yak a bit of a spray down

if you can't work with in the tide frame on the day a simple drive south to Coronet Bay or Reef Island isn't muddy with the tide down
