Great stuff Brett! It looks like you have the same kayaks as my first one which was sold as a “Terrapin XL”. That’s what my kayak fishing addiction started off in, and can’t bring myself to sell it. My first trip to grantville was just like your trip there too, calm waters and an awesome day with a pair of my first ever gummies. It’s a fun area to fish from the kayaks, unfortunately it’s a 2hr drive for me to get there though. Glad you guys had a ripper day out there :a_goodjob:Brett wrote: ↑Mon May 06, 2019 9:59 amHit up Lang Lang around 9:30 yesterday morning(Sunday 5th).
It was like glass as we headed out and stayed like that for around 3 hrs,
It got a bit ordinary around 1:30pm so we started to head in, which meant we cut our trip short by about an hr, but we still managed 4 gummies and 2 small schoolies all taken on squid, had one take on the mantis shrimp, but it ended up dropping off, prawns got nothing.
We kept 1 each to restock the freezer. :a_goodjob:
For our first trip over that way it was pretty darn good and hopefully it wont be to long before we head back

Re: First trip to Lang Lang
I got them from tackleworld Mornington, $10.99 for the packet probably around 500grams. You can also get them from the Springvale market I believe.

Re: First trip to Lang Lang
Yeah they were much cheaper at Springvale from memory, might've been under $10 a kilo.
