Warmies Mayhem

Post by hot tuna » Sun Dec 22, 2013 1:21 pm

Went to the warmies this morning at around 4.30am , after setting my lines in the water, not even 5min went past one of my rods slowly started to bend , then it went straight again , so i thought nothing of it and just light up a cigarette , the rod bent forward violently and the drag screaming off , 20min later she was in the net what a fight taking long powerful runs and head shakes i thought it was a snapper , a very big snapper to my amazement , its a Mulloway , 78cm and at 4.83kg , two hours later a caught a smaller one 51cm , i let it go to fight another day , all caught on squid , upon cleaning her i found three semi digested flathead , any way enough of my babbling here are some photos
cheers

good work mate, well done, cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them
