You're probably best trying to Google all that info, there's some good articles to be found there.

I doubt you'll get much help on forums: Jewies in the Yarra are a closely guarded secret by those who fish it regularly. Some fishos have put in years of effort to be able to confidently fish for them, I doubt they'll just hand out the secret recipe on a forum.

You can put the best bait with the best presentation in front of a mulloway and it still wont eat it. And maybe, just maybe... Will eat it 10 hours later.
