Best time and place to go fishing!

The best time to go fishing is 2 hrs before you arrive and 2 hrs after you left.
The best spot to go fishing is 2m on your left and 2m on your right.
Yesterday was good, but not today. Maybe tomorrow.
What else have you heard?

It's true, if we're to pick a time when all the stars are aligned, we'll never go fishing.
Just gotta go out and figure out what's working on the day.
