Stunning property, but I feel the appeal would wear off quickly once the nights hum to the buzzing of mosquitos. haha!

Haha didn't think of that.
But whoever can afford to buy it, pretty sure they can afford anti mozzies stuff.

Lara :/

I don't see a price. Looks pretty decent though. The shed, dam, and land would be amazing. The interior design is a little too British for my personal tastes

"Outside the home, make use of the stunning man-made lake stocked with trophy sized fish including Australian Bass, Silver Perch and Yellow Belly."

To get the rough idea of the asking price, on the property's website click on "View agent price guide". They are asking for $4 million for the property.

I reckon it's way out of most peoples budget that's for sure.. would be nice to have though, but at my age it's too much work...good to be stocked stocked with rainbows & browns, or native fish.. :ft:

we can only dream, for now I'll stick with the rivers/streams here in Tassie.. :vy:

With all the rivers and lakes in Tassie, you don't need a property like that Adrian. You're already living in a great place to fish, many can only dream of. :tu:
