Karen Coin at Freddy's tackle

Post by Sebb » Thu Jun 03, 2021 12:39 pm

I don't know much about this crypto stuff but seems like it's growing. Never thought it'll affect and be used for retail purchases.

Got this email from subscription that says Freddy's is potentially looking to accept token payment.

I'd steer well away from shitcoins like that, and crypto generally unless you're treating it like a sportbet account

I brought Doge @ .88c, Ethereum @ $5,800 and Bitcoin @ about $76,000..... And their all worth about half of that now 😍😍

I’d hate if fishing stores accepted crypto because I’d impulse buy using it and end up paying twice as much as I usually would if I used cash 😅

I wonder if Karen needs to speak to the manager on every transaction 😃

Better than letting your money shrink in a bank account... 308.87% year-on-year growth in 2021 for BTC.

Not a bad gamble.

Selecting Karencoin is a real headscratcher given there are many cryptocoins already in use as a payment medium by businesses significantly larger than Freddy's.

Lots of posts indicating not knowing anything about crypto - happily invested, have been 600% up on investment at best this year and currently about 300% up in the recent dip.
