Hub life didn’t suit the Pies!?!? Poor blokes were doing it real tough up there, surfing, golf, resort style living and so on.

The pies had a good year but the hub life did not suit them Grundy is a different sort of guy and you could see he was not he,s normal self .Geelong embraced the hub life and never complained .Go cats
I'm almost certain Grundy is carrying a lower back injury but I don't think anything would have made a difference. The pies played their grand final against west coast. It looked like they'd come straight from that game and run on to the field, and in the meantime Geelong put on an unbelievably good performance.

This weekend looks like a pair of blockbusters.
Yeah maybe about the back but he,s body language since he has been in the hub was down (i watch alot of footy)Anyway i hope danger goes into beast next game

I'm pretty sure he had a similar surgery to mine in the off season. It's never going to be quite right, and travelling / being away from the support networks probably didn't help much.

This year is as much about how to handle the hubs / draw as playing footy.

What's better than the Pies failing near the summit?

2 Magpies failling one after the other.

Go Yellow and Black !!!!! :)
