I only cast out to where I think the fish are, haven't try to set any record.

Neither am I, well records for distance anyway. Just want to be able to cast a little further than 50-60 metres on a regular basis and be able to get where the fish are, at times :bite:

I'll bet the moon that he is out practising everyday to stay ahead of me.

Currently working on an ultra secret project, for distance that is not admissable in casting comps. :borg:

I got to add, that when I get to Wolly's age I hope I can cast as far as he can.
Imagine being able to cast right over the top and 35 yards beyond where the fish are....
May be a cause what is letting him down.
Why cast my normal 125 yard casts when all I have to do is cast 1/3 of that. :shock: :shock: :shock:
Naah Wolly its ok, I don't think I could cast 30 yards the way I am now.

But all this talk of surf fishng has me exciteded.
Time we spent a weekend at tootgarook fishing the back beaches.
