Re: Back in lockdown again.
How olds your daughter and was she vaccinated?
My daughter is 42, she is a nurse and has been double vaxed. Her cancer treatment is indefinitely postponed, as she would have to travel from Hobart to Melbourne for treatment. After treatment she would need at least a cpl of weeks in ICU.
Can I ask why she's restricted to come to Melbourne for treatment? Is it because of border closures?
God help she get all the treatment she needs, wherever that may be.

Re: Back in lockdown again.
ICU in Melbourne is not excepting patients from "elective" surgery. So if the surgery is going to make you an ICU patient, you don't get it. She has to come to Melbourne as the treatment is not available in Tasmania.
There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.

I reckon there would be a few anti-vaxxers reconsidering some life choices at the moment.

Sadly yes. Anyway, 3 more weeks until I'm enjoying a pot & parma and listening to antivaxers argue about trying to get in. I'd just about donate a testicle for a tap poured beer at the moment.

Re: Back in lockdown again.
If you read the accounts from ICU nurses/doctors there’s plenty who do, begging for the vaccine when it’s all too late. There’s also plenty that go onto the ventilator demanding ivermectin.
