i guess every ones trying to get out to the country after lockdowns and that so the resource company's are taking advantage.

I did. 15k all up. I told him if his circumstances change in the next year, he can buy it back anytime he wants at exactly the same price.

15k is pretty cheap.

Brick's gone up 25%, steel apparently 50% or more.
You should sell your boat, I mean, it's no good to you anyway because you can't catch a snapper. My prediction on a year or 2 is that you still won't have caught a snapper
