When I go to the high country if I want a hot shower I use just a 12v shower and drop it in a bucket of hot water that’s been heated up on the fire. Otherwise I just wash in the river. Have been happy enough with this one, I think I paid about $50 for it, and it packs down fairly small when used with a collapsible tub:
