Yeah Navionics for the topography (is that also the correct terminology for underwater depths?, depths, etc.
Also google maps for scouting shallower areas, heavy weed beds, reef, ect.
Weather I'll use BOM for general weather, willy for wind and then cloudfreenight for cloud cover %.

Yes navionics will show you the basic wrecks. And also navigational.hazard reefs. Not the reefs that are on the bottom which are not a navigational hazard.
