For 30hp to 40hp, I think I need to go for second hand engine for my budget. I am relatively new to Australia, coming from Hong Kong for only 3 years. What is the best way to look for a second hand outboard here in Melbourne? Appreciated for any advice.

Unfortunately my living place only allows me to keep an inflatable at the moment, even if that means I have to limit our usage in more calm places.
