St Kilda Boat Ramp

Does anyone know why St Kilda boat ramp is still barricaded off and when it's going top be open again?

It may not reopen as they were going to redeveloped the area

Opened on Monday apparently...not sure when the redevelopment is, but you'd hope they wait until the off-season
