Corinella Boat Ramp:
Cost: $15 / $80 season pretty sure
Lanes: 2 ramps
Low Tide Access: excellent
Wind Protection: Good
Toilets: yes
Fish Cleaning: yes
Ramp Angle: Good
Parking: About 75 spaces only 20 or so next to the ramp itself
Jetty: 1 fishing jetty, 2 boat jettys
Overall: should be alot better for the amount of use and revenue it generates. Floating pontoon jetties sorely needed as well as better fish cleaning tables and water pumps. Also first 2 green markers are not lit up, a real hazard when boating at night. A decent ramp but needs upgrades soon...should be 3 or 4 lanes ideally.

Thanks Guys....this will be a great resource for people in the future as it's really hard to get info on the ramps (and if you intend going somewhere new, it's good to know if you need to bring coins for machines, download apps, if you can only launch on high tide, etc.)
More ramps on here the better...keep them coming!

Mcloughlins Beach

Lanes: 2 at high tide. concrete ramps, upgraded to floating pontoons a couple of years ago.
Low tide access: channels are shallow and constantly shifting often touch bottom. If its blowing an easterly, the channel can be almost no water. Ok most of the time if you stick to the green markers, small boats ok any time, bigger tubs need to be mindful of the tides & water depth from the town jetty to the boat ramp.
Toilets: yes
Fish Cleaning: yes - limited to 1 table
Ramp Angle: NA
Parking: Good
Jetty: yes there are 2 - one at the boat ramps across the channel to 90 mile beach & one from town, however its right on the channel for boats heading in/out.
Overall: Good. It did have a few boat trailers unhitched from cars last summer, have not heard of it happening since April. Mcloughins is the eastern end of the estuary system from Wilson Prom/Corner inlet. It is the start of 90 mile beach & last boat ramp to access the ocean, the next stop is Lakes Entrance (or various Gippy Lakes ramps & then motor for a while).

Seaspray

Lanes: 1 ramp that is 3 meters long
Low tide access: off the sand
Toilets: yes
Fish Cleaning: no
Ramp Angle: NA
Parking: Poor
Jetty: yes - fishing platform for Merrimans Creek
Overall: Poor - no access to the ocean. Merrimans Creek is very shallow & low-poor fishing.

Warnambool
2 ramps
Close break wall to protect area
Cleaning tables
Not good on low tide
Only thing ramp shallow so waves wash up a long way
