25hp Mercury Sea Pro Outboards

Post by Boonanza » Sun Sep 13, 2020 2:24 pm

I am looking at putting a 25hp motor on my 3.7m Stacer and with weight being an issue the compliance plate has a rating of 50kg and 11kw. The Sea pro's are a heavy duty rebadged Tohatsu and are 48kg and 18kw. Does anyone have much info on these motors?

Well it is 9 years old I would offer him $1,000 and take it from there you can always come up but you can't go down

He won't need anybody up the front I had a 25 Mercury on a 3.75 quinny dart and it blew out of the whole pretty lousy top end though only done 49 km an hour.
