I’m no expert, but San Remo and Cowes will likely be your best bet. Very tide dependant though. Was at Cowes last Saturday and it was busy with no ink on the pier.

San Remo is good but very tidal, strong tide. Best to fish during slack. Have fish and chips close to there, then back again when slack.

If I'm you, I'm fishing either ventnor or cleeland bight (dependant on wind/tide) with a sand whiting on a squid prong under a float.

That'll be your most productive way of getting squid. The jetties are overpopulated and pretty overfished imo.

This would be my vote to. And use a surf rod over a squid rod to get to bait out a bit a float and baited squid spike may be a bit over the casting wait of a lighter rod

Gday Plow as others have mentioned the beaches around Cleeland Bight or Ventnor are a great option. If you can get the top of the run in off San Remo Pier, Newhaven or Cowes you are also in with a chance.

Checked out a few of his video's after reading this post. Pretty entertaining. Seems like he has a decent enough head on his shoulders too
