Thats a yippaaa...

Post by purple5ive » Tue Oct 27, 2020 11:21 am

Took the boat out after the long forced hiatus by Mr andrews.
got fisted bad with the weather with the predicted winds getting to 20knots it was quite a bit of a bumpy and wet ride.. the boat handled it well so its always a great thing..

Dad and myself got into a few pan sized pinkies and a couple of these brutes!!
This one being very very close to my PB..

Took me a good 20 mins to land and by then the school had disappeared. I was also out testing the new bait junkie soft plastics, needless to say they are working well on the local piscatorial population..
I also got a chance to test out the new x4 shimano kariki braid, so far impression are very good. Need to fish it a bit more to have a better opinion on it, for now its fairing quite well..

Hope to be out a bit more and give those plastics a good workout..
