also helps with the fact that the costs to go out fishing are split, so a bit better on the hip pocket for the skipper
having a second person with you is always a good thing from my point of view, i will never go fishing alone (exception is for patto chasing bream) but thats just me.
Just make sure your deckie knows how NOT to loose a barrel. LMAO
