Hey Bugs,

I'm sorry if you already know this.

This came up once before when someone complained about the ads on here. The ads are direct reflection of your cookies and browser history. For example, if you clear your browser history of everything, search for 'wedding rings' and nothing else, then log on, the program that dictates who sees what ad is probably going to show you something wedding related. This can be put to hilarious use when messing with your mates, but just know that the admin doesn't determine which ads people see, your browser history and cookies do.

For example, and i'm not saying this has ever actually happened, if I log onto fishvic and the first thing i see is an ad for japanese tentacle porn, it's because something related to this exists in my browser history, not because FV has chosen to put it there. It would be ill advised for me to complain to FV about the ad that's been put up, because it's there entirely because of my own doing.

Yeah last few days I've been getting a bunch of ads for reels at Fishingtackleshop.com.au because I've been checking reel prices at that site.

Looks like Bugatti has been looking up activewear or something

All sweet Dougie :tu: (I knew that, just posted the Ad for some funny :-D ) but it does let others know too. As it also happens with Ads on Facebook

I think, that company's ads about active wear started popping up when there was a post a member put up asking for some suggestions for Hiking Trousers and I was looking into that

BUT

I have to say , , , , on the "something" , , , , the "filter" on this Site must be bullet proof , , , , with my view history, and if those relevant ads popped up , , , , I'd never have time to post :-D :rf:

Cheers, Bugs , , , , definitely isn't active enough to wear active wear :rf:
