Nice one mate. How did you end up rigging your baits?

Twin 11/0 shark hooks, 400lb wire and a small tuna bait.

Pinned bottom hook behind the gills then up through the gill plate. Cable tied hook for max exposure. Then put the other hook on the opposite side and just cable tied twice to the bait. Not actually through it. So had huge hook exposure on both sides.
