You'll notice a massive difference. I'm using 10lb fins, had 15 or 16 on, and found a big improvement going down to 10. A mate builds rods. Had him knock me up a salmon stick on a MHX SU1085-2 blank. 9 foot. 3/4-2 1/2 oz cast. 10-20lb line.Basti wrote:What are you spinning with Ducky?
It's paired with the classic spinning reel. Stradic ci4+ 4000 with toray seabass powergame pe1.0. Makes for a very light setup. Haven't hooked a big unit yet so we'll have to see if it actually does hold up to its 20lb rating. Only a matter of time.
