Snapper / Flathead Greek Salad .

Heres one i cooked today with my Pinkie & Flathead catch .

2 fillets of Pinkies & Flathead
Olive oil in the fry pan
Egg & bread crumb fillets & fry till golden
Lettuce , tomatoes , olives , fetta cheese , mixed herbs with a dash of olive oil tossed together

Break the Pinkie fillets up into pieces & toss into salad & place flathead fillets on top of salad .
kick back & enjoy , simple to do "even for me" :) :dinner:

Never really paid notice to the colourfull plate , to me its just a plate . but looking @ it , it looks good to me . ;)

Looks great :thumbsup: I've got some bream fillets in the freezer might give it a go with them later in the week.

Looks great. Pretty healthy too. I roll my fillets in couscous and spices. Leave them in the fridge for a couple of hours with it on, then cook in nonstick pan and a very small amout of oil. Couscous goes crunchy and brown.
There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.
