best ways to cook flathead

Heaps of fish recipes online, depends what or how you want it.
Flathead has delicate smooth sweet white flesh. You can even sashimi it as long as it's freshly caught and prepared the same day (within hours).

Agreed, salt, pepper bit of oil in the pan and serve it up.

I usually fillet my flat heads but removing the skin gets rid of the crunch.

Love a good feed of flathead. A lot of the time grilled with a bit of lemon juice. Nothing fancy as it’s almost as nice as whiting.
