Smeared in butter, lemon slices and onions internally.
Wrapped in alfoil cook at 200c in fan forced oven for 20 mins

Was loverly, but, the brain says it was better caught fresh & cooked in the bush on a grill. All I catch these days are protected or undersized fish. Once we're out of lockdown & the van is finished, I'm gunna get some wild trout.
