i remeber long time ago when i started to fish here in Oz. i couldnt for the life of me catch any fish. going back to the days of the older Angling victoria website (was called somethign else then from memory), i posted a thread asking for help as i wanted to take my cousin fishign who was coming down from sydney.
these fish seem to be a pest species to all but i was happy to catch even that.
got pointed to portsea pier and thats exactly where we went
i caught one and cousin ened up with a goat fish, both released
ill never forget that day.......
