Nice, but I tend to live & fish by the unwritten-rule "Limit your catch, don't catch your limit"....

Yeah, this is the big problem with FB groups. Too many greenies knocking people for keeping thier bags. if its legal it all good IMO. We have to trust fisheries to do the science.

Thought the bag limit for whiting was 20 according to the depi website. Not 23. Not sure where the area is, if it's outside Victoria then I appologise.

His right on the greenie annoying folks about these photos my angling club has been harassed by similar folk about our gallery photos imo if Ur within Ur legal bag limit no one can say a word about it. I bet half the bandwagoners that ***** n moan about these photos still buy 6 buck flakes lol some people's lives are too sweet if they complain about fishing photos!!

Controversy aside, great bag mate hats off
If I'm not fishing, I'd rather be fishing!

What a bag mate. That pinky looks pretty decent as well. Did you enter the pirtek challenge? Would have been a good entry

Nice mixed bag for sure.
But that's too many fish taken for one person. That's just my personal opinion
If I was going fishing I would fish for what i can consume myself not for my neighbors. But it's easy to get carried away.. If your within bag limits then you did nothing wrong. ..
For guys whinging about fb posts..
If your going to post pics similar to this on public groups then expect both good and bad replies.
Ps-how the hell dis you catch so many ljs on pipies.. They are bait and hook stealers at the worst of times. ..
Cheers

Assuming bag limits were followed (if there was someone else with him) then there is something else to consider for those questioning his choice to keep it all. That is, how often does Rohan go out and keep this amount of fish? If he posted pics like this everyday then it wouldn't look good. However, this may be all the fish he has kept for a few weeks or more. Always different aspects to the story.
cheers

If there was 3 or 4 guys fishing then that bag of fish would be a normal catch for the day.... " If the fishing Gods are with you that is ! "
He who has the most fishing rods WINS ! :ts:
