Recently I took my old boat to get fixed.
Constant warning alarm.
Told mechanic that I had service last year, new impeller and thermostat ect
Used boat 4/6 times before issue..
So dealer looked at boat and just did service and impeller and thermostat, I said so i dont think u have fixed problem, they said it should be fine.
So I took it out and within 2 minutes warming alarm came took it back.
They said it's nib or something is wrong, so they ordered parts gasket ect from America....they went to fix it and noticed crack in boat housing and said can't fix it will cost to much.....buy new motor..

.....ahhhh thoughts

OK...... I'm an old fart that's what we call the leg .
But you might be able to find a marine welding place to weld it .
On the condition, you can find one with reasonable rates , up here In east Gippsland we are blessed with two, which have very reasonable rates and know what they are doing.

Ps and after just buying a new boat if you go the new option I would be sitting down when you get a price .
