If anyone has noticed it achieving anything.

You haven't noticed the elimination of a post count doing anything. What you have noticed is, members reducing the amount of posts they do because of being badgered and bullyed about something that other members "think" exists.

Way to go, let's pick on the members who post.

Cheers, Bugatti

Ooow, now I got 4 posts out of this :te:

Self edit: My appologies guys, I got a bit wayward with my comment

Maybe once it reaches 1000 it should just say 1000+
Then you can see if they are a frequent contributor.

So has this made any difference at all lol
No
So, how many times since post counts have been removed, have either of you read a post from a member having a crack at another member about posting rubbish posts in order to boost their post count? Think about it. It can no longer be used as negative ammo towards another member. This was the whole point of the exercise.
Let's move fwd and discuss things fishing related, please. Otherwise, go log on to flogbook. Thanks.
