cleeland blight

Hey, fished this area over the weekend. Not much was caught. Is this area refered to as cleeland blight, if not, could someone let me know which area is cleeland blight? Cheers.

Heaps of squid, kgw, pinkys and big flatties just to name a few.
This is where I got that big black ray.
