Hi all how we doing?
Hope everybody had an awesome weekend of fishing, weather was fantastic and was great to get out.
Went fishing on the Island off the surf, got to our spot at 5.30am for an 8.30 high tide.
First 2 hours where extremely quite so gave us an op to eat breaky.
About 8am started getting some nibbles and before you know it :r
Started the morning with a quick succession of 4 leather jackets all nice and plump and great size, although im happy to have a catch was not what i came for.
10.30 am and the tide has truly started to make its way out then :reel: and :nicefish!:
5 KGW within 20 mins all thumping sizes! Thats better!
Went quite again so decided to pack up and go home :dinner: yumo!

Good work mate! I fished Cowrie rocks at 3-5pm on Saturday, picked up a heap of Wrasse.

Was looking for whiting but nowhere to be seen i'm afraid.

I went down to the rocks 2 weeks ago and got a bag of wrasse also, you get good variety at the rocks normally but last was just the wrasse.
I tend to get the KGW and GW off the sand.
