The event was alright, nothing spectacular but it was okay.
Reflections: Day 1 - They didn't prepare enough for the volume of people, lines were like 45mins+ just to enter.. didn't bother.
Day 2, was alot quieter, no lines. The tank they advertised to cast hookless lures to the fish was damaged - no water or fish. Kind of disappointing to see.

Yeah, wasn't bad but not great either.
The best for me is Robson Green's speech. Funny, motivating, etc.

Made the trip from Western District and enjoyed catching up with a mate but nothing special. Not like the pre 2021 Boating & fishing Show.
Noticed on an unrelated report from Whittley that there is going to be a Boating & Fishing Show 20-23rd October this year. Hopefully they return to their previous exhibitors.
Tight lines guys,
Mefish

I attended and as is in posts above very tittle in the way of tackle on display/for sale. The various talks were interesting and it was good to chat with some of the Arthur Rylah people who do fisheries research and surveys. Overall not a waste of time but could have been better.

Yeah.
Imagine something like the AFTA that they have in Qld every year.
That'd be interesting.
