I feel like summer went by so quickly, we had two hot days and now we're in autumn haha.
Been a very disappointing summer weather wise....
For me it has been a great summer weather wise, the rainfall we had throughout kept systems in good condition and didn't let the water get too hot. Because of this I managed to go on trips every week other than the 5 day lockdown and one week I had to self isolate, mixed up species a bit but for the most part was able to chase cod all summer

Guess it depends what your targeting and where I just found when I was free it was too windy to head offshore.

I'm not doubting you or trying to belittle you, but is there a reason you don't post pictures? It adds to the post and without any pictures it feels odd.

To be honest it’s because I sometimes don’t make the time or effort to take decent photos.

It’s funny I’ve gone the opposite I like a write up rather than the pic.

if I ever got kingfish, I'd write a long report and a lot of photos. 4 charter trips in the last 4 years (one each year) during peak kingfish time (when reports are flowing), either donut or cancelled.
Still in the bucket list and seems like it's going to be there for a long time.
